Cancellation Policy
The day before your appointment we either send an SMS or phone you to confirm your appointment. If we cannot contact you we will endeavour to leave a message. Please make sure we have your latest contact details to assist us in this process.
If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation of an appointment, 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur where it may be difficult for you to honour your appointment - that's why only 50% of the fee is charged.
The way we see it is once our time is booked we are dedicated 100% to that client for the allotted time. If the client cancels we have no way of providing our services for anyone else who may need it as it is too late. By cancelling your appointment it denies another client the chance to book that time.
*Most private health funds now provide a rebate, depending on your level of cover, for massage therapy services.
